Out-of-State Travel
The offender will provide a detailed itinerary for all proposed out of state trips at least two weeks in advance for approval by group, therapist, and probation officer.  The offender recognizes that the burden of structuring and gaining approval rest with him/her and he/she should allow additional time for review and approval of his/her request if possible.
The offender will provide the name of his supervisor(s) for the trip.
The offender will provide an address and phone number where he/she can reached.
The offender will check in periodically.  On a fixed schedule if specified in the approved itinerary.
The offender will adhere to his/her court ordered conditions and maintain the same level of awareness and precautions he/she now exercises.
The offender will call immediately if there are any risk situations.
The offender will keep a log of his/her activities and locations, noting any problems or risk situations.
Recognizing that unforeseen circumstance can cause changes in itinerary activities.  The offender will notify a group member, therapist, and probation officer of minor variations in the approved travel itinerary.  The offender will also request approval from therapist and probation officer for any major change in the travel itinerary prior to making the change.

In-State Travel (35 miles outside of Eugene)

The offender will provide a detailed itinerary for all proposed in-state trips that exceed a 35 mile radius of Eugene at least one week in advance for approval by group, therapist, and probation officer.  The offender recognizes that the burden of structuring and gaining approval rests with him/her and he/she should allow additional time for review and approval of his/her request if possible.
The offender will provide the same information specified above for Out-of-State travel on his/her itinerary.

Reoccurring Trips
It is recognized that reoccurring work or travel may be required by some Clients.  Pre-approval by group, therapist, and probation officer is required for all reoccurring trips.

Provide a detailed schedule for all known reoccurring trips that includes dates, times, locations, and contacts.
A detailed log and review will be provided on the Clients weekly Check-in Sheet.
